Sarah grew up in Richmond, VA, and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with a double-major in English and American studies. Prior to becoming the Area Director in New Canaan, she worked for 5 years at Capital One, with roles in Project Management, HR Consulting, and as a Chief of Staff.

Sarah first became involved with Young Life as a high schooler, and stayed deeply involved through college and beyond through Volunteering Leading and serving on Committees in Charlottesville, D.C, and Richmond. She’s excited to combine her professional experience and volunteer experience to re-establish and grow the ministry of Young Life here in New Canaan!

Outside of Young Life, Sarah serves on the board for New Canaan Field Hockey and the Newcomers Club, and is a member of the New Canaan Behavioral Health Alliance.
